Episode 1 Postmortem

Episode 1 Postmortem

This first episode invites us to savor what’s often silenced.

We slow down and stretch beyond the narrow version of grief we were handed—the one that only makes room for death, sadness, and a few tidy stages. Instead, we name grief as a full-bodied response to any loss: expired roles, shifting identities, unspoken endings, the quiet unraveling of dreams that no longer fit.

We walk through grief’s many forms—anticipatory, cumulative, disenfranchised, ambiguous, collective, identity-bound—and begin to understand how much we’ve been carrying without language or ritual.

At the heart of this episode is one question:
What have you grieved that no one acknowledged as grief?

Let it sit with you. Let it speak. Maybe even let it soften something. This is just the beginning, and already, you’re showing up for what matters. Thank you for that.

Here's the chatroom for ongoing convo of this particular kind.

Plenty love,
