Doing the most vs. Doing my best

While I could've just shared this video with the folks who enrolled in the ILID Course and the ones who joined the waitlist, I realize that I wanted to do this part out loud too. And by 'out loud,' what I mean is to share my process and not just my end result. My current practices and the people in my life have been such effective and needed guide guides for me to recognize the diverse ways that we can show up for each other.

Letting folks in on my process and not just my end result is part of how I show up in and for the work I do in the world.
