It might look messy. It might feel small. It all counts. That’s still care.
This question isn’t here to shame you or push you.
It’s here to remind you that you matter, even when — especially when — you’re tired, hurting, stretched thin.
Savor a few minutes this week, think about the last thing you did that felt like care, even if nobody else noticed.
