Savorism is the practice of slowing down with intention—especially after life has brought you to your knees. It’s for the ones who’ve reached a moment, or a season, where the only way forward is by pausing. Deeply. On purpose.
A Savorist is someone whose life experiences have made it clear: rushing is no longer an option. To move with care, they must learn to:
detangle and deschool from what no longer fits,
and notice or make connections that restore wholeness.
Savorism isn’t about fixing or performing wellness. It’s about sitting with what aches, tending to what’s shifting, and letting what’s done… be done.
In this space, we don’t rush healing or chase clarity. We stay. We witness. We werk with and through. We honor with discernment. And we let shit go. Below are a few ways we can practice Savorism together.

SAVOR COACHING
Savor Coaching is where you bring what’s alive, what’s ending, or what’s unclear—and I bring presence, tools, and language that help you sit with it, shape it, or surrender it.
This space is for people who don’t want to perform strength or fake clarity. It’s for folks grieving something they can't yet name. And folks ready to stop doing things a certain way, and transition into their ideal life design–slowly, surely, and with specific-to-you structure.

Come into Savor Coaching through one of three entry points:
Grief-Focused Coaching 😔
For the slow burns, the sudden breaks, the things nobody else seems to notice you’re still carrying. This can be around the after-effects of someone's death, or another type of death that has nothing to do with a biological death.
We're talking partnerships ending, moving to a new place, leaving a job, embracing a more healed version of yourself in spite of how people feel about this "new" you. Those deaths that aren't literal, but still influence the shit out of our feelings, needs, and choices.
This is where we tend, not solve. I use practices and wisdom from the various grief circles I facilitate myself or volunteer to support another grief worker. I tap into what I have learned as a certified Integrative Thanatologist, and I come with my own lineage of tings fi di journey.
"I feel like such a beginner with grief because I didn't allow myself to feel it in so many ways, or I did and I suppressed it. So just the idea that it's a "come as you are, come where you can be...it's a skill that keeps improving," has just been monumental for me. So grateful for all of you and this safe and brave container, so thank you." - 2024 Grieftender
Life-Focused Coaching 🧬
For the thresholds you’re stepping across—parenting, aging, shifting identity, emotional exhaustion, spiritual reorientation. This is where we practice new ways of being with ourselves and others.
This is for you if:
✅ You’ve outgrown the way you’ve been living (personally or business-wise), but haven’t yet figured out what the new way is.
✅ You’re tending to your relationships differently now, especially the one with yourself.
✅ You’re unlearning roles that once made you feel useful but now make you feel trapped.
✅ You want to move with more sovereignty, less performance—and you're ready to explore what that actually looks and feels like in daily life.

Project-Focused Coaching 🎯
For when a creative offering, big decision, or personal project needs structure that is rooted in the trust you are building around the life you want. This is ideal for folks transitioning out of dying or dead relationships, whether personal. professional, or community-related.
✅ You are ready for your daily life to align with your core values
✅ You are done pretending and ready to live into this version of yourself
✅ You aren't even sure who you are now, but you are clear on who you are NOT, and want to design a daily life that allows you to discover more of This You.

IMMERSIVE SAVORISM EXPERIENCES
Presence and accompaniment between us, in service of you.
This is a living container for people who are ready to do life differently. It’s not just about grief, though grief is welcome here. It’s about the tender work of noticing what’s shifting—whether it’s a season of letting go, an unexpected joy, a creative breakthrough, or a decision that’s been pressing against your chest for months.
Each immersive is a slow, intentional partnership. We listen for what needs to end. We pay attention to what’s emerging. We hold the conversations you can’t have anywhere else—about identity, legacy, creativity, parenting, relationships, your body, your voice.
We don’t chase or worship clarity here. Instead, we create room for it to arrive. We talk, we pause, we let patterns surface, and we practice being with what’s real. Whether you come in through the door of grief, life transition, or a project that’s tugging at your spirit, this work is about more than “figuring it out.” It’s about living it through—deliberately, with support, and without apology.

Some examples of the life experiences I've supported someone through...
When a family decides to move from unschooling to enrolling their child in school, the emotional landscape can be complex and overwhelming. I work closely with parents, helping them process the fears, excitement, and uncertainties that come with re-entering formal education. Through reflective conversations and ongoing support, I help families honor their unique learning journeys, create strategies for staying present through the transition, and hold space for the grief and hope that often accompany such a significant change.
Navigating life after a major breakup is a deeply personal journey. In my coaching, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients to process their grief at their own pace. Sometimes this means simply witnessing and listening, other times it involves ongoing support through messages or voice notes, allowing clients to share their “grief nuggets” as they arise. My approach is to honor the rawness of the experience, offering reflections and reminders that healing is not about rushing the process, but about allowing grief to be fully felt and integrated.
For those ready to move further into their creative calling—like the musician who wanted to normalize music in her everyday life—I provide both practical and emotional support. This might include being present in the studio, helping set up a nurturing environment, or simply witnessing and affirming the client’s growth. I help clients create sacred spaces for their work, offer encouragement, and support them in embracing their evolving identities as artists, performers, or creators.
The transition after a period of intensive caregiving can leave people feeling uprooted and uncertain about their next steps. I support clients as they rediscover their identity and purpose beyond caregiving, helping them process the grief of loss and the possibilities of new beginnings. Through regular sessions and project-based work, we explore what it means to move forward, design intentional next chapters, and honor the challenges and the opportunities that come with this profound life change.
Each path begins with a conversation, but I don’t do sales calls—I do soulwerk consults... aaaayyee! ✨
